NOOKYE ™

Choreographer, Dancer, and Singer Andye J (President of A.N.J. Productions & Promotions) formed Nookye™ in the winter of 2008 with the intent of creating a legitimate performance vessel for hip hop female dancers. Nookye™ allows its dancers to feel a sense of independence, empowerment, and sex appeal while onstage. Nookye™ is a group that showcases skilled and talented females who can entertain in anything from sweats to jeans, and of course, a pair of pumps. All females in Nookye™ are multi-talented and do everything from singing to teaching to playing musical instruments, further solidifying the strength and longevity of Nookye™. It stands out as its own creative entity in today’s dance industry, an invitation only group…good Nookye™ can’t be auditioned, it just is.
